I have done a few shoots since we last met, so I’ve included a few of images below.

I had a great shoot with Kyra and Lucy Ward, really happy with the results, let me know what you think?

And also a shoot in Manchester with Phexxie Bizarre cheered me right up when I was visiting home again.

More to come as I have a busy week next week!

Long Time

Jen has taken WEEKS to finish 1 blog, i figured i wouldn't post anything until she had, keep the continuity going and such, but  now instead you are going to get two in a very short space of time, talk about buses.

As usual a busy few weeks, trying to keep busy really, doing nothing is dull. In fact its been so long i have no idea what iv done.

We had;

The party (big success!)

Zoe, Pip and Andy stayed for an extra day and made the most of the studio.

Said farewell to Dom… or at least we hoped.

Jen did several shoots, see bellow

I shot Paris with  the help of the wonderful make up artist Lily.

We went to a 1950s party to celebrate Alex’s 27th

We saw Dave Gorman live at Victoria Hall

and we painted our front door!

So it has been fun times!!

Look out for Big Cheese Magazine next Month as I have a photo printed in it courtesy of Everything on Red, whom also have there fantastic album out on the 9th November (again with my photos) which i must add i have had a sneaky listen too and is FANTASTIC!

So as i have decided instead of 1 or 2 photos to include an entire album of New pictures for you to browse through at your leisure, lucky lucky people! I have included the recent shots of Paris, Some extras of Emm and Layla and some bonus unseen Everything on Red stuff…… I spoil you!

Lots going on

Ok so I’m the weaker half of our blogging team and have done quite a few shoots since my last adventure onto here.

I just can’t help myself when it comes to taking photographs and I get bored so easily I need to keep on taking pics so there are lots more shoots lined up, so maybe I’ll be popping up on here a bit more to show you the goodies.

Anyhoo, I did a fun shoot with lots of funky outfits just over a week ago with model, Vicki Powell. We had some ace items of clothing being thrown around with a nice healthy splash of 80’s coming into the mix again.

Then this week I’ve had a couple more shoots. Had one in my hometown of Stockport on Wednesday with model Dollywood and MUA Lily Aigbogun which went really well, we dodged the rain and the photos look awesome.

And today I had a fun shoot with model James Field, on which we went on location to some of Stokes classiest spots and had a bit of fun in the studio also. Brilliant lad and lots of fun to shoot.

So next week is jam packed with shoots for both Gav and I so many more images up and coming.

Party

Well… after a long and busy weekend we are back and working again. Had a fantastic time in Brackley and even got to eat at Jamie's Italian (Jamie Oliver's place) in Oxford which was amazing. but Tuesday was the best one, we were in the audience for Ready Steady cook, that meant being in the same room as Ainsley Harriot! was great fun, we had the slight scare of only being in the standbys but we got in for the whole show. The real irony was that the celebrity guests were Bananarama whom we only photographed a few weeks ago at Sixways party on the pitch.

Fun Times.

Anyway we have been back and shooting and editing for a few days and got some work done, I shot Emm on Wednesday for her possible bid to take over the world from within Britains next top model. Was a really fun shoot and good to see her and I am really pleased with the outcome especially the shot I have put bellow. I have also had some time to get some more editing done of the shots of Layla from last week which I have included another one as well.

So this Sunday is the ‘big’ Gavstonbury festival, i hope everyone is coming, we have The Sparrows and Vested Interests. Should be a fantastic evening, everyone knows we throw a great party here so get on down and bring some booze.

Until Next Time;

Blogging in Traffic

Well im sat on the M6, barely moving, thank god Jens driving really. Its been an is going o be  busy few days, off to visit my wonderful Granny now, and then on to Worcester after that. The most exciting part is Tuesday though, we ar…. wait for it…… in the audience…. at Ready Steady Cook! so its a trip to London and hopefully we will fit in a visit to the Rankin exhibition, really excited about that as well.

yesterday i had a shoot with our old friend Layla, just an excuse to shoot really, have a bit of fun in the studio, we also took the opportunity to do some promotional photos for Laylas tarot card reading business, it was a great fun shot which i ran over on as usual. The photos i must say are WEIRD, its amazing what you achieve when you are just messing and attempting new things. The shoot was my chance to get back to my root and use the old Film Noir lighting, which for those who don't know, I used for my final second year work.

This is an example image from the shoot and i had bettter sign off before the battery dies!
